Amizone Login: Dashboard, Registration & Complete Student Guide
Amizone is the official online portal for Amity University students. It consolidates all that you need for every day of school life, from daily class schedules to fee payments. Students don’t have to go from room to room to take attendance, download admit card, sign up for courses and pay the fee from the laptop or phone.
This guide explains the main sections of the portal, the workings of the portal and what to do if you find that you get stuck while trying to log in to the portal so that you can save time logging in and log out of the portal, and spend more time on your course work.
Navigating the Amizone Dashboard
After logging in you will be taken to a dashboard designed to have the most important information at you fingertips. Simple enough for first year students with no tutorial, the structure will be the same year after year semester.
You can see your class timetable, your attendance percentage and recent grades at a glance, all from the dashboard. It also displays the dates of the exams and notices, too, to ensure you are not surprised by an approaching exam. There’s also room for announcements of things going on at the university, circulars, changes in policy and other events, things that get posted on a separate noticeboard or sent to students by email, but that can be posted here so they avoid having to look for a separate notice.
The portal also links to the library services, so you can find out if a book is available or renew a book if you have borrowed it and its due date is drawing near. If you prefer managing things via mobile, the app has most of the same features, including attendance and schedule, so you can stay updated on your schedule, in between classes, or while waiting for a bus.
Accessing Academic Information
Some of the most-used portions of the portal are tracking systems, and these are broken down into a couple of easy-to-navigate sections.

Class schedules are planned by day and week, and it is easy to schedule around lectures, labs and any rescheduled classes. Attendance is regularly updated, so you can see where you are with the University’s minimum requirement, rather than ‘ballpark’ the number around exam time. It is also here that you will find the results of your grade level, as well as a score sheet displaying your progress over the term in your subjects.
Exam notifications will also be posted in advance giving you details of dates, times and venues, one less excuse to chase down info through classmates or notice boards. There is also an area to see what courses a student has completed as well as what is yet to be completed for the semester, which is good for those who like to have a birds-eye view of what they have to do and what they have already done, so you don’t have to rush around near exam week.
All these tools will help you to plan your study time more realistically rather than responding to unexpected events.
Exam and Result Notifications
Exams are stressful enough without the last minute mess, and that’s why we did this on the portal.
Information on exam dates are sent out in advance to allow students to prepare, not leave them with no notice of the change in exam date. Admit cards and hall tickets essential for attending most exams can be downloaded directly and there’s no need to go to an administrative office or stand in line for a paper copy.
After the results are announced, they will also be listed here, along with an analysis of your grades for each subject to let you know how you are doing. It’s quite simple to use: dates, venues and instructions can all be seen with little searching, which is important when you need to confirm something before an exam.
If an exam centre is not the same as all other ones, or a subject has been omitted, it’s best to raise this with your department early, not on exam day.
Use the Portal to Register Online
One of the more significant activities each semester, and one that follows a fairly predictable format, is course registration:
- Sign in your account with your student log-in.
- Navigate to the registration area (found prominently on the dashboard).
- Select from courses listed for the current semester, and choose those that align with your course of study.
- Take time to check your choices before submitting, as it will be more difficult to change your choices at a later stage.
- If there are any fees for registration, complete payment will be made.
- Keep your confirmation, as evidence that you have registered.
Once you register you can log back into the portal at any time to view the courses you have confirmed or to view any changes which the department may have made. This is one that’s worth doing early in the registration period – when courses are popular, they tend to book up easily, and if you register at the last minute, it can mean you end up in a less convenient time slot or even a full course.
Payments and Financial Transactions
Online handling fee payments eliminate many of the problems associated with handling fees in person. Students can make payments to the school via the portal using their preferred payment options, and a digital receipt will be generated after the successful payment, which will be beneficial for them to have for their records or future reference if a payment needs to be verified later with the accounts office.

It also features a transaction history area where you can review previous transactions without having to sift through emails and past receipts. There are also deadline reminders that will be posted, and if you forget the dates of your overloaded semester, you won’t get any late fees. When a payment does not go through, it’s best to review the transaction history before attempting to repeat the payment as duplicate payments can be cumbersome to reverse.
Hostel and Mess Information
The portal also manages hostel related issues, for the students that live on campus. Room allocation, mess menu for the week/month and online payment of mess fees instead of cash.
Maintenance requests can be made in the portal and you can keep checking if the problem has been solved, rather than following up on issues again and again.
It also applies to requests to change rooms; you can make a request and track its progress without going to the hostel office. Also included here are check-out instructions, ensuring no confusion or omissions during the moving process and when it is time to move out of campus.
How to Reset Your Password
You are not to worry if you forgot your password as this is a very quick fix. On the login page, check for the “Forgot Password” option and click on it. Your email address or student ID will be required to verify your identity, typically.
Click on it and enter a new password on screen, following the instructions. Should you encounter any of these problems, don’t hesitate to contact Amity’s IT support team to get it resolved quickly.
