- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain digital/downloadable products are non-returnable once delivered.
2. Refund Policy
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
